'Summer Inn
the Park'
July 21st 2005
|
|
The
ECA celebrated summer in style with a well attended
dinner at Oliver Peyton's stylish new restaurant
Inn The Park. Situated in the heart of London's
St. James's Park, the restaurant proved a perfect
venue on what was one of the hottest days of the
year.
Members enjoyed a specially selected menu of Richard
Woodhall's Cured Ham with gooseberry relish and
dandelion followed by Cornish hake with creamed
roast tomatoes and basil cress finished with either
English sparkling wine trifle or English cheeses.
Each course was accompanied by an unusual wine from
the restaurants cellar.
The ECA would like to extend their thanks to all
those attending the evening and if you would like
to be a part of the next social event please refer
to the events section of the web site. |
