On
3rd June 2004, profit from the knowledge and be inspired
by key figures within the catering industry with 'Your
Business on a Plate' - the annual conference of the European
Catering Association (GB).
This year's high profile,
one-day event will be taking place at the stylish RCOG
at 27 Sussex Place, Regent's Park in London.
The ECA plan to follow
the great success of last year's 'Catch the Wave', with
yet another impressive array of speakers and an interactive
panel, who'll share their wealth of experience and innovative
ideas with this year's delegates.
Chaired by Chris Sheppardson
of Chess Partnership, the day's events will be started
by Executive Vice President of the London 2012 Olympic
Bid, Richard Palmer OBE. This opening will set the stage
for speakers from some of the industry's leading organisations;
including Mike Smith of BaxterSmith, Anton Edelmann
of Directors Table, MD of William Murray PR, Jackie
Cleveland along with the key note speaker and Co-founder
of Coffee Republic, Sahar Hashemi.
And, the show doesn't
stop there. The interactive panel featuring award-winning
chef, Michael Caines, Bruce McLaughlan of Avenance,
Scholarest's Mike Bond and Tammy Mariaux from Arena,
will certainly provide 'food for thought'. So, as you
can see, the ECA have really pulled out all the stops
to make this year's conference an informative and inspiring
one.
