Previously known as the European Catering Association, ECA (GB), the new organisation with its change of name, which we feel represents more of what we are all trying to achieve, was officially launched on 8th March 2006.

The aims of the Association are similar to that of the ECA (GB) but with more emphasis on profiling and promoting the Food & Service Management sector and providing a forum for all people of all levels within the industry.

If you are involved in Food & Service Management at whatever level, either an in-house caterer, a contractor, supplier, employee, or a student considering coming into this sector of the catering industry then ACE has something to offer you.

For the second year running The Association of Catering Excellence (ACE) has teamed up with TWO Services Ltd., a leading Kitchen Hygiene Specialist, to organise The ACE Clean Kitchen Award.
