It features 12 teams, each made up of two chefs: one Senior Chef and one Chef de Partie. These 24 chefs will compete head-to-head in a fast-paced contest to create delicious dishes under time pressure.

How to Participate: Team Submissions and Entry Details


If you want to be part of this exciting competition, team submissions are now open. There are places for 12 teams only, so early registration is important.


Who Can Enter?


  • Teams must consist of one Senior Chef and one Chef de Partie.

  • ACE member teams will be prioritised to encourage participation from within the ACE community.

  • Both member and non-member teams are welcome to apply.


Entry Fees


  • ACE member teams: £500 including VAT

  • Non-member teams: £695 including VAT


Each team can bring two supporters included in the entry price. This makes it a great opportunity to share the experience with colleagues or friends.
