Only the official forms supplied will be accepted, and at the time of entry, the nominee must be 35 years of age or under.
-
All six questions must be answered in no more than the allocated word count per answer (exceeding the word count may lead to your entry being disqualified, so please add a word count).
-
Irrespective of who is nominating the prospective Robyn (i.e., the individual or someone within the company), ACE is looking for nominations that truly shine a light on the individual; paint the picture of why the nominee has excelled in their role; gone above and beyond; have delivered fantastic results, and quite frankly, are brilliant and should be considered ‘one to watch’ and recognised as a rising star within the hospitality industry.
-
Please ensure a jpeg head and shoulders photograph is included.
-
When attaching supporting documents, please ensure no more than 5 pages of material in total are attached. These can include pictures, a video, supporting statements and work examples.
-
CV’s will not form part of the marking criteria but can be added for context.
-
Please include a short video clip from the nominee stating why they are ‘blowing their own trumpet’ i.e., why they should be an ACE Robyn 2025, and how being awarded a mentor for one year will help propel and progress them.
-
Failure to provide a video as part of the entry will mean that nominees will automatically be disqualified.
Judging Criteria
-
The judging panel will be looking for examples of progression, effort and achievement to date.
-
The judges will want to see a commitment to both your current role and the wider industry; a thirst for innovation and the future of the foodservice industry.
-
In keeping with the theme of not being ashamed to self-promote, the judges will be looking for examples of recognised ‘wins’ that individuals are proud of and why.
-
Bonus discretionary points will be awarded to nominees who have helped others, overcome difficulties or shared their experiences to benefit someone or a group of people
-
As a reminder, all six questions must be answered within the allocated word count per answer (Exceeding the word count may lead to your entry being disqualified, so please add a word count).
